Team Odin kicked off 2026 with two cornerstone events: the 2nd Annual Technical Expo and our All Hands meeting, which together created space for learning, reflection, celebration, and forward momentum.
Following the Technical Expo, Odin team members gathered for the All Hands, a two-day event focused on alignment, leadership, and culture. With team members flying in from across the country, the All Hands created a rare opportunity to step back from day-to-day work and focus on the bigger picture.
Departments and teams shared updates and goals for the year ahead, providing transparency into priorities, challenges, and opportunities across the organization. These sessions helped connect individual roles to broader company objectives and reinforced how each team contributes to Odin’s overall success.
Motivational speakers added another layer of impact, challenging attendees to think critically about safety, leadership, accountability, and personal growth. These conversations reinforced Odin’s commitment to a people-first culture where safety and leadership are shared responsibilities.
The All Hands also provided time to celebrate achievements and milestones.
