THE TEAM

who we are

OUR STORY

Odin was founded by a team of industry leaders who felt clients and the community could be better served with innovative and sustainable approaches to complex projects. Odin’s founders and principals are recognized leaders in environmental, geotechnical, and heavy civil construction. Odin’s leaders include nationally recognized experts in cutoff (containment) wall construction, in-situ stabilization/solidification (ISS), impoundment and landfill closures, sediment removal and treatment, as well as emergency and disaster recovery management.

Odin’s principals and senior managers have each spent more than 25 years performing at a high level on thousands of complex, multifaceted projects developing a reputation for exceptional service and results. We view each project as an opportunity to partner with our clients in remediating impacted sites, improving coastal and water infrastructure, and restoring habitats to achieve shared goals of supporting public health and safety and improving the environment.

The diversity of our team’s experience in a multitude of operational settings makes us uniquely qualified to manage unknown and unforeseen conditions, anticipate obstacles, and provide valuable insights that make our project execution highly efficient – saving time and money. With strategic locations and specialized equipment staged around the country, we can quickly adapt to meet project demands, while ensuring mutually beneficial, long-term outcomes for our clients and local communities.

COMMITTED TO

SUSTAINABILITY

We implement environmentally responsible and sustainable practices and actively work to identify and implement improvements, employ industry best practices, and educate our staff. The construction industry is a major contributor to solid waste streams and the greenhouse gasses that contribute to climate change. In response, we have implemented steps to aggressively mitigate our environmental impacts.

We know that the adoption of practices that maximize the efficient use of resources and minimize waste are not only the right thing to do, but that these measures contribute to real and sustained business value. With sustainable practices at the forefront of our consciousness, we are working to find the right balance between competing economic, social, and environmental goals. To sustain our future, we need to perform well in key areas that are the principles of sustainable operations: economic, environmental, and social and ethical performance. Our longstanding commitment to improving the safety and quality of the local environments in the communities where we live and work is a cornerstone of our business. We are building on our established values in specific ways through our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and expanding sustainability program.
